One – 15 or 20-amp circuit dedicated for Band ONLY.
Corporate – third party electrical vendors must drop electricity from the back of the stage to the middle of the stage.
Area of 22′ (length) x 16′ (depth) or larger. The flooring of the performance area must be level, dry, and smooth for heavy wheeled equipment. The Band will not set up on grass, gravel, or dirt. If the area is smaller than 22’ x 14’, backlights and floor lights will be eliminated from the stage due to space restriction.
High rise stage – Stairs must be situated on stage left. Stage must be sturdy and flat to handle large truss, racks, and moving performers.
All outdoor performances require a $500 check deposit. If a tent or cover is provided and there is no liquid damage to the equipment, the check will be shredded.
If rain is in the forecast for your event, rent a tent or move the party inside a room is a smart choice!
Flooring must be level and dry and the Band cannot set up on grass, rocks, and damaged wood.
Band will only set up once during the contract period.
Load in time is approximately 2 hours
Load out time is approximately 1.20 hours (some downtown venues may take longer to load out)

Stage LED lights are programmed for each song and used only for the performers. You will need to hire a third-party lighting company for the dance floor.
