We entertain everyone, young and old, with a variety of songs from different genres and 3-4 lead vocalists.
Every event is different and our management team specialize in ensuring corporate clients hear a little country, maybe some line dancing songs, little Spanish, and dance hits at the end of the evening. Weddings are totally different than corporate entertainment and we start the first set with dinner music, slow with controlled volume. The second set is 80s, mixed with country and “sing along songs”. The third set is “let's take it home” with all top dance hits performed back to back and some sing along country in-between.
Each event requires a different thought process and our Band leader will generate a song list with Pop/ Rock 80s, Country, Classic Rock, Disco, Top 40. GUNPOWDER SOUP will create a festive mood right away or play soft songs for “meet and greet”. If you request all country or pop/rock genre, message the band and your request will be honored. We accommodate guests requests and change the song list immediately if the client decides to change the genre at the last minute.
